Saturday, February 18th: 10am – 5pm *
Sunday, February 19th: 10am – 4pm *

* Exhibitors will be allowed to access the building no earlier than 8:30am on show days as a security measure

Load In Schedule

Friday, February 17th: 8am – 8pm, unless other arrangements have been made.

Arena Floor Exhibitors: The forklift will be available from 8am – 12pm only. If you need the use of the forklift, please make sure you are at the Arena between those hours. Unloading of trucks will be done at the 3 loading docks on Center Street. Exhibitors may not park at the Center Street bagged meters to unload as this will block access to the loading docks. There will be a dock master that will assign docks as trucks arrive. They will have final say in all unloading activities. We ask that all exhibitors cooperate with the dock masters- they will deny access to anyone who does not follow their instructions.

Lobby and Spring Street Concourse Exhibitors: Unloading can be done at the upper Spring Street doors. If you need dolly access, there is a ramp at this entrance. This is an active loading zone only! Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle so others can unload. If you have large items that require use of the loading dock, please follow the instructions for the Arena Floor Exhibitors. There is a freight elevator accessible by the loading dock that will bring you to the Concourse level.

Load Out Schedule

Sunday, February 19th: 4pm – 8pm. You will not be allowed to break down your booth prior to 4pm!

Arena Floor Exhibitors: Arena staff will be in charge of Load Out and will inform you of the process. No one will be allowed in a loading dock or on the ramp until they are completely packed and staged in the marshaling area.  With the new configuration of the loading docks, there is no way to get on the ramp until the Arena opens the overhead doors. Forklift will be available from 4pm – 8pm.

Lobby and Spring Street Concourse Exhibitors: Load out will also be through the Spring Street exits. Please do not park your vehicle on Spring Street until your booth is fully packed and ready to be loaded.

Registration Desk

Open Friday, 2/17, 8am – 6pm. Located on the Concourse near the Arena Floor entrance. We ask that all Exhibitors and Artisans check in at the Registration Desk during Load In to pickup Exhibitor Badges. You are responsible for distributing the badges to your staff and they will be required to enter the building on show days.

  • New to the show? We can help you locate your booth.
  • Electrical Access Questions. Please remember that Electrical Service ordered at the show will be charged the higher floor rate.

Exhibitor Booth Size is 7′ Deep x 10′ Wide (unless noted otherwise on confirmation)
Artisan Booth Size is 6′ Deep x 8′ Wide (unless noted otherwise on confirmation)

Furniture and Accessories Order Form: Tables, chairs, carpeting or accessories may be rented through Phoenix Exposition Services using the Furniture and Accessories Order Form. Orders are to be sent directly to Phoenix Exposition Services. For questions regarding furniture and accessory rental only, please call Phoenix Exposition Services directly at 508-792-1900.

Parking

Exhibitor parking during the show is at the Center Street outside parking lot located just behind the arena. On Load In day, please check-in at the Registration Desk to purchase daily parking vouchers for $8 each for Saturday and Sunday.  You must have the voucher before parking. Cash accepted only. PLEASE NOTE: There is a limited number of parking spaces reserved for our exhibitors. Passes will be sold on a first come basis.

Should the parking passes sell out, there is a commercial parking garage located further down Free Street and there are numerous paid parking lots around the arena. Hourly and per-event parking fees at these lots vary according to proximity to the arena.

In order for our patrons to conveniently park during show hours, we ask our exhibitors to NOT park on Free & Spring Streets. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
